Our goal is to provide reliable, stress-free service. These guidelines help us stay consistent and clear.

Scheduling

  • Please book cleanings at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day requests are welcome but not guaranteed
  • Cancellations need at least 12 hours’ notice

Access

  • Make sure we have clear instructions before arrival
  • We’ll always follow your house rules unless told otherwise

Payments

  • Invoices go out weekly or monthly
  • Unpaid balances may pause your service

Clean and Safe

  • We do not enter unsafe or heavily unsanitary spaces
  • If something looks off, we’ll notify you right away

Supplies

  • Hosts provide restock items and linens unless arranged ahead
  • We’ll use what’s there and let you know if anything runs low

Communication

  • We’ll keep in touch and update you if anything comes up
  • A quick note will be sent after each visit if needed
