Our goal is to provide reliable, stress-free service. These guidelines help us stay consistent and clear.
Scheduling
- Please book cleanings at least 24 hours in advance
- Same-day requests are welcome but not guaranteed
- Cancellations need at least 12 hours’ notice
Access
- Make sure we have clear instructions before arrival
- We’ll always follow your house rules unless told otherwise
Payments
- Invoices go out weekly or monthly
- Unpaid balances may pause your service
Clean and Safe
- We do not enter unsafe or heavily unsanitary spaces
- If something looks off, we’ll notify you right away
Supplies
- Hosts provide restock items and linens unless arranged ahead
- We’ll use what’s there and let you know if anything runs low
Communication
- We’ll keep in touch and update you if anything comes up
- A quick note will be sent after each visit if needed
